Here at Little Angels Warrington, the practitioners have been carefully selected for their knowledge and experience in the childcare and education sector.

They are caring, enthusiastic and dedicated professionals, who focus on supporting the wellbeing and development of the young children in our setting. During our recruitment process we ensure safeguarding remains paramount through obtaining enhanced DBS records and safety checks/references. In addition to this, all new staff complete a thorough induction process of the policies and procedures, to ensure we achieve and maintain the highest standards of care. 

Key person

We have a key person system; this ensures that there is a named person who will work closely with you and your child. They can answer any questions that you may have. Your key person will be allocated to you at the earliest opportunity to ease the settling in period. They will keep you informed about your child’s achievements, progress and development. Although your Key person is mainly responsible for your child, your child will work with other members of the team during the day, so they are also able to answer any of your questions.
